26ft Joe Adams designed Tasman Sailing Boat in RYDE, New South Wales for sale

Turn Key Sailing Package currently on Parramatta River/ Sydney Harbour.
Fellow Sailors, and if like myself a number of years ago Aspiring Sailors, up for sale is my pride and joy. A Joe Adams designed 26ft Tasman which i have spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars turning into a reliable and easy to sail single handedly or with a crew day/ overnighter.
The price $9,999.99 is not negotiable as the boat owes me about $15,000.00 excluding my own labour of cause. I say 'turn key' because for an extra $1,800.00 you can have the mooring hardware which has been regularly serviced and a 10ft aluminum car-topper tender (recently painted with bumper surround) with a Johnson outboard engine.
I also say 'turn key' as you get:
- 7 Sails
- 2 Batteries + a professional solar system
- A reliable Yanmar Engine
- Fenders, ropes, sheets etc
- Everything you need to get out on the water
As you can see from the photos she has been recently painted and antifouled and did not have any osmosis. She will pass any inspection but will be due for another antifoul soon. Please call me anytime to inspect which can be done in Gladesville.
Selling as we now have a 4 month old little girl so I won't be getting enough use out of her/ want to buy a bigger boat in a few years.
